NFC review cards for local business

Turn every customer
into a five-star review.

Your customer taps their phone on the card — or scans the code — and your Google review page opens. That's the whole thing: no app to download, no Wi-Fi, no hunting for your business on Maps.

  • No app to download
  • One-time price, no monthly fee
  • Works on iPhone & Android

What you're actually getting

  • 01

    Google, Facebook or Instagram

We point the card wherever the review actually helps you.

  • 02

    Nothing to install

NFC is built into every phone sold in the last several years. It just opens the page.

  • 03

    Buy it once

No monthly fee, no per-review charge, no contract to cancel.

  • 04

Set up before it reaches you

Your card arrives already pointing at your review page. There's nothing for you to configure.

How it works

Three steps, and two of them are ours.

  1. Tell us about your business

Name, city, and where you want the reviews to land. A message or a two-minute call is enough.

  2. We set the card up

We find your Google review page and program it onto the card before it reaches you. You don't install anything or create an account.

  3. Let them tap

Put it by the register, on the table or in your customer's hand. Every tap opens your review page.

Why this works

Your happy customers aren't refusing to review you. They're just never asked at the right moment.

Someone who just had a great haircut, a great meal or a great repair is as warm as they will ever be toward your business — and then they walk out the door. By the time they're home, the moment is gone. A card on the counter closes that gap: the ask happens while they're still standing in front of you, and answering it costs them one tap instead of six steps.

  • Ask at the peak

The best time to ask is the second after you've done a good job. Not that evening, not in a follow-up email.

  • Remove the six steps

Unlock phone, open Maps, search the business, scroll, find the review button, type. That's why people don't do it.

  • Give your staff a script

"Tap here if we did a good job" is a much easier sentence than asking someone to go look you up later.

Products

Pick what fits your counter.

Every option does the same job. It's a question of where it lives.

  • Counter Stand

    Sits by the register

Angled so it's readable from the customer's side. The one most businesses start with.

  • Review Card

Pocket size, for staff to hand over

Credit-card sized. Keep a few by the register or let each staff member carry one.

  • Wall Plaque

    Mounts by the door

For waiting rooms, exits and anywhere a counter isn't an option.

  • Review Sticker

    Sticks to any flat surface

Tables, menus, the side of a till. The cheapest way to cover a lot of surfaces.

Who it's for

If customers stand in front of you, this works.

  • Restaurants & cafés

On the table with the check, or at the register on the way out.

  • Salons & barbers

At the mirror or the payment counter, while they still love the haircut.

  • Auto shops

Handed over with the keys, when the relief is fresh.

  • Dental & medical

At reception on the way out, without asking staff to make a speech.

  • Hotels & rentals

On the nightstand or by the door at checkout.

  • Retail & services

Anywhere there's a counter and a customer who just got helped.

Questions

The things people ask before getting one.

Does my customer need to download anything?

No. NFC is built into the phone. They hold it near the card and a notification opens your review page in their normal browser.

Does it work on iPhone?

Yes — iPhone XR and newer read NFC tags with the screen on, without opening any app. Most Android phones from the last several years do too.

Do I need Wi-Fi at my business?

The card itself needs no power and no network. Your customer's phone needs an internet connection to load the review page, which almost always means their own mobile data.

What do I have to set up?

Nothing. Tell us your business name and we program the card before you get it. There's no account to create, no app, and no dashboard to learn.

What's the QR code for?

It's the second way in. Newer phones just tap; anyone with an older phone, or who simply prefers a camera, scans the code instead. Both land on the same review page, so nobody gets stuck.

What if I move, or want it to point somewhere else?

Get in touch and we'll reprogram it. The chip isn't locked, so the card can be pointed at a new link as many times as you need — it just isn't something you can do yourself from a phone right now.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. You pay once for the card and that's the end of it. There's nothing to cancel.

Does this guarantee good reviews?

No, and be careful with anyone who says it does. It removes the friction between a happy customer and the review form. It does not — and must not — filter out unhappy ones; gating negative reviews violates Google's policies and can get your listing penalized.
